Allied Potato corporate office is located in Bakersfield, California with farming and packing facilities supporting the overall full year potato supply for all other farming locations.  The California potato supply is entirely fresh from the field and ships from May through December each year.  Chipstock exporting takes place from May through July which, combined with our Northwest supply, gives us substantial global supply capabilities. This allows us to support many northern tier production areas during limited storage supply months.
